Mentoring | UCP4SUCESS

The 4th UCP4SUCESS initiative aims to improve and institutionalise Peer Mentoring programmes at the Universidade Católica, facilitating the academic and personal integration of new students. In addition, the aim is to train current and new Mentors and to boost the collaborative and networking work of different educational and academic agents. 

Participants 

Mentees - 20% of 1st year students

Mentors - 15% of 2nd/3rd year students

Students enrolled in higher education for the first time who wish to receive social and academic support from students in advanced years - the Mentors.

Students enrolled at Católica from the 2nd year of the Bachelor's degree onwards, who wish to guide and support, both socially and academically, first-year students – the Mentees.

To become a Mentor you don't need any previous training. However, it is necessary to take part in the initial training for Mentors.
