UCP2 Mental Health Workshops for Students

The Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops are open to all Católica students across the various Faculties/Schools and are held in person at all four campi: Braga, Lisbon, Porto, and Viseu.

Participation in these workshops is free (registration required, subject to availability).

You will receive a certificate of participation.

These Workshops aim to increase knowledge about mental health issues and challenges, develop self-care and psychological first aid strategies, and promote the early identification of warning signs, encouraging timely help-seeking behaviors.

Yes! Participating in one Workshop does not require signing up for the others.
