UCP2 Be – Curricular Unit | Extracurricular Activity
I am a first-year Bachelor’s / Integrated Master’s student and would like to develop my Soft Skills.
Currently in a pilot phase, only available at certain campi and faculties.
- Develop soft skills and socio-emotional competencies essential for handling the challenges of this new stage of academic life.
- Learn to identify and understand your own emotional experience, enabling better management of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
- Foster the development of healthy relationships with others.
- Be able to make important life decisions responsibly and consciously.
- A safe and trusted space, important for personal development, where everyone is respected.
- Much more than a curricular unit – a personal investment!
