Mental Health Literacy & Psychological First Aid Workshops
All students at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
The Workshop Cycle will be launched at the beginning of each semester and will feature four workshops on mental health literacy and psychological first aid.
They are free of charge.
Workshops are held at the main campus and the three other campi: Braga, Lisbon, Porto, and Viseu.

Students of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
The program lasts 45 hours, distributed in weekly 3-hour sessions.
