Professor Jorge Pereira da Silva speaks at the 4th AATRIC Seminar
Jorge Pereira da Silva, lecturer at the School of Lisbon of the Faculdade de Direito of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is a speaker at the 4th Seminar of the Association of Constitutional Court Advisers, on December 15.
The seminar is dedicated to the theme "Jurisprudência Constitucional Recente" (Recent Constitutional Jurisprudence) and will take place from 3.30pm, at the Auditório do Tribunal Constitucional, in Lisbon.
The Director of the Lisbon Law School will present the topic "Protection of life and autonomy at the time of death", as part of the panel entitled Medically assisted death: Judgement no. 123/2021.
The seminar will also discuss the topic "COVID-19 in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court" and will present the Portuguese Journal of Constitutional Law.
