FMD reinforces pedagogical innovation with the acquisition of SimToCare simulators for teaching dentistry

The Faculty of Dental Medicine of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FMD-UCP) has taken another significant step forward in modernising dental education with the acquisition of SimToCare simulators, a cutting-edge technology that combines virtual reality and haptic feedback, enabling a highly immersive and realistic training experience.

These simulators are an essential tool for developing technical and clinical skills in a controlled environment, giving students the opportunity to practise dental procedures with a high degree of precision and safety before moving on to practise on real patients.
