Health and Wellbeing Services
Here you can learn about the health and wellness services that Católica offers its students and surrounding communities, from mental health appointments to initiatives such as Cheque-Psicólogo (Psychologist Voucher) and Cheque-Nutricionista (Nutritionist Voucher).
Among the initiatives currently being developed, UCP2MentalHealth stands out, an integrated system of services and activities promoting mental health and well-being, aimed at the student community.
Psychologist Cheque and Nutritionist Cheque
Católica voluntarily joined this initiative of the Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES), which provides free access to psychology and nutrition appointments.
Each student, regardless of their level of education, can benefit from 2 to 12 psychology appointments and 1 to 6 nutrition appointments, as recommended by the responsible health professional. Appointments are made directly with the psychologists and nutritionists who have joined the programme.
