On January 21st, between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the initiative “Hands-On Tutoring: Building Tutoring Practices in Higher Education” will take place online, promoted as part of the UCP4SUCCESS project at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Aimed at teachers, researchers, and other members of the academic community, these workshops seek to provide a space for reflection and capacity-building, with a focus on strengthening tutoring practices, sharing experiences, developing skills, and fostering an interdisciplinary community of practice.

The initiative includes two complementary workshops:

• “Tutoring in Action: Tools, Strategies, and Challenges”, led by Armanda Gonçalves, will explore models, instruments, and indicators for monitoring and evaluating tutoring effectiveness.
• “Resilient Tutoring: Turning Challenges into Opportunities”, facilitated by Susana Costa Ramalho, will address the dynamics of implementing tutoring and the design of sustainable strategies to ensure its continuity.
