UCP2 Mental Health Workshops for International Students

The UCP2 Mental Health is promoting Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops, which will take place from March 11 to May 13. 

Three online workshops will be held in English, aimed at all international students at Universidade Católica:

• Upload Your Mental Health”
  • March 11th, 2:30 p.m.  - 4:00 p.m.
• “Freeze or Fight? Psychological First Aid for Panic Attacks”
  • April 22nd, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• “Lost in Transition: Psychological First Aid for International Students’ Stress”
  • May 13th, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
