Social Work: A Future with Purpose

On 7 July, between 5pm and 6pm, FCH-Católica is hosting the event ‘Social Work: A Future with Purpose’, an online session dedicated to anyone interested in learning more about the Social Work degree.

The event, which will take place via Zoom, will be a unique opportunity to explore the course, clarify doubts and understand how Social Work can be a life choice marked by commitment, action and the transformation of society.

During the session, participants will have contact with teachers, students and professionals in the field, who will share their experiences and journeys. There will also be space to discuss career paths, the current challenges facing the profession and the possibilities for innovation through social entrepreneurship.

With this initiative, the Faculty aims to support candidates in their decision-making process, showing the real impact that Social Work can have on people's lives and communities - and how the course prepares future professionals for this role.
