Series of talks "Feeding a Cause" | Food Functionality and Health

Porto Regional Centre of the Universidade Católica and the Serralves Foundation are organising in a scientific partnership the "Feeding a Cause" series of talks, which will take place between January and December 2023.

There will be 11 sessions given by professors and researchers from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, from areas ranging from Psychology to Biotechnology, Law and Management, and the central theme will be Food.

The fifth talk is on the theme "Functionalisation of food and health" and will take place on 16 July at 11am, with Ana Gomes from the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
