Seminar "Sleep Through the Looking Glass of Psychology"

On September 9 and 10, the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa will host the seminar "Sleeping through the mirror of Psychology", as part of the Post-Graduate Program in Sleep Psychology.

The event will bring together specialists from various fields of sleep science, who are expected to contribute to a psychologic perspective in the study of sleep, sleep disorders, sleep intervention and sleep education programmes.
