Opening Mass of the 2026/2027 Academic Year

UDIP and the Chaplaincy invite the Academic Community to the Opening Mass of the 2026/2027 Academic Year, presided over by Father José Pedro Azevedo, Chaplain of the Porto campus.
The Mass will take place on 6 October, at 12:30 p.m., in the campus chapel.
As is tradition, this Mass of the Holy Spirit aims to bring the whole Community together to give thanks for the academic year that is now beginning, welcome new students, and pray that the Holy Spirit may accompany and guide all members of the Community, their work and studies, and the new challenges that always arise.
The Mass will also be celebrated in memory of Professor Carvalho Guerra, on the day marking two months since his passing.
Everyone is invited to attend.
