In the workshop Mirror, mirror, in my feed: do I accept the body I see?, we will talk about body image, body shaming, and the impact of the media on mental health. You will leave with practical strategies to promote a positive body image and support those around you.

Even if this topic doesn’t seem very relevant to you, this workshop can still be useful—whether to prevent challenges or to help someone close to you. Don’t forget, mental health concerns us all.
