THE BOOK
Let us begin with the end that is simultaneously a beginning, the chronological framework of the Prophets that the author presents in an appendix and that shows us that the Prophecies announced occurred between the 17th and 2nd centuries BC and were gradually integrated into the Holy Scripture. Over a period of 1500 years, the Prophets overlapped history, in an individual journey through space and time that cannot be equated with that of any other. Highlighting several texts of each Prophet, the author presents us this "speaker in the name of God" who seeks to "announce to men a word of salvation" - the Prophecy - framing it in a vast explanation of the prophetic phenomenon, characterised from the human point of view, of the message and of its integration in the various social, political and religious contexts.
