Conference: "A Concordat for the 21st century"

The Joint Commission on the Concordat, in partnership with the Higher Institute of Canon Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is organising the conference "A Concordat for the 21st Century|On the 20th Anniversary of the Concordat between the Holy See and the Portuguese Republic 2004-2024", on 15 May at 9.30am.
The event will be opened by José Alves, Archbishop Emeritus of Évora, Ambassador Maria José Pires, Co-Chair of the Joint Commission and Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of UCP.
Paulo Adragão, Professor at FDUP and member of the Joint Commission on the Concordat, will moderate the event.
Various guests will also take part in the event, according to the attached programme.
