Sandra J. Diller is an assistant professor for Organizational Psychology at Seeburg Castle University (SCU), a Research Affiliate at the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School, and an Affiliate at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management. Her core research areas are on Challenges in Organizations, Personnel and Leadership Development (incl. Coaching & Mentoring), and Social Interactions in Organizations. Furthermore, she leads the MBA in Coaching at SCU.
