Católica Talks |Principle of International Responsibility, in its application to private individuals

The Faculty of Law - Lisbon School, of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is organising the Católica Talks on 27 February at 12.45 p.m. on the subject of the ‘Principle of International Responsibility, in its application to private individuals’. 

The debate will be presented by Armando Rocha (FD - UCP), followed by a commentary by Patrícia Galvão Teles       (United Nations International Law Commission).
