CARE to Innovate

Universidade Católica is organising the event "CARE to Innovate", a day dedicated to its research community, on 27 June, at the Porto Regional Centre.

During this meeting, innovation will be addressed in its various aspects: social, cultural, pedagogical and technological. The meeting also aims to highlight what is already being done at Católica regarding innovation.

Alex Standen, professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science, will participate in the programme and share an inspiring view on Academic and Pedagogical Development. Meanwhile, Vítor Dinis, partner of the venture capital firm Pathena, will be responsible for presenting a challenging perspective of the barriers to overcome in the application of discoveries of Universities in companies and society.

At the end of the meeting there will also be a space for discussion, where all are invited to jointly design an Innovation and Entrepreneurship strategy for Católica.

"CARE to Innovate" is an exclusive event for lecturers, researchers, doctoral and post-doctoral students of the Universidade Católica.
