Biblioteca ComVida | Braga Regional Centre

The Library of the Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais, of the Braga Regional Centre of the UCP, organises the session "Biblioteca ComVida", subordinated to the area of Psychology, with the theme: "Emotions in KG: Movie DivertidaMENTE".

The session will take place in the Library of the Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais, on October 6, 2021, at 2:30 p.m.

The professors responsible will be Anabela Rodrigues, Sílvia Lopes and Armanda Gonçalves.

Starting with the watching of the movie, we will reflect on emotions and how they help us give value to our experiences, leading us to re-evaluate our values, our priorities and also the way we relate with ourselves and others.

And since all emotions matter, as they can drive important transformations, we will find out how much of each we have and thus transform Emotions into Kg.
