Católica Research Data Repository
Universidade Católica Portuguesa provides its academic community with a Research Data Repository dedicated to the deposit, preservation, and sharing of data underpinning the research conducted at the institution.
The Repository is a resource for the management, dissemination, and reuse of research data, promoting practices aligned with the principles of Open Science and the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). Depositing data helps ensure their long-term preservation, facilitates their discovery and citation, and, whenever possible, enables their reuse by other researchers.
Integrated into POLEN DataHub, the national research data repository service provided by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT), through FCCN, the Repository enables researchers to deposit their curated datasets and associate them with metadata that facilitates their discovery, citation, and reuse. Making data available also contributes to increasing the visibility and impact of research conducted at Católica.
