Training of National Judges - CEID

Genérica - Law Project

EU Competition Law Enforcement by National Judges is a European project funded by the European Commission. Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law was the only institution selected in the last call to provide this type of training.

This project gathers Portuguese and Spanish magistrates, trainers, researchers, academics, experts from national Competition Authorities and other professionals from different Member States. Its main goal is to improve knowledge in specific competition law fields, namely Private Antitrust Enforcement and State Aids, and improve the practice of national courts in these fields. The research results were disseminated through publications, conferences, and seminars.
