Vice-Rector of Católica speaks about the strategies and challenges of Internationalization
Isabel Vasconcelos, Vice-Rector for Global Education at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, will speak about the strategies and challenges of the Internationalization of Portuguese Universities, on June 22, at ISCTE. The intervention takes place within the Conference "The Internationalization of Portuguese Universities", an initiative of the Consortium POR Lisboa, in the context of the Universities Portugal Project.
The theme will be debated together with Maria das Dores Guerreiro, ISCTE, João Peixoto, University of Lisbon, José Sales, Open University, and João Amaro de Matos, New University of Lisbon, in the session "The internationalization of Portuguese universities: strategies and challenges", which will take place at 3 p.m.
With the aim of promoting debate on internationalization strategies and cooperation of Portuguese universities in a global world, this conference features numerous representatives of national universities.
In this meeting dedicated to internationalization also participates Michael Baum, professor of the Faculty of Human Sciences of Católica, who will intervene in the session "Institutions and support programmes for the internationalization of universities."
Josep Garrell, from the European Universities Association (EUA), an association of which the Universidade Católica is a member, will also be present at the Conference.
