II "Manuel Sérgio" Seminar: "Sports Virtues"

Since 2015, the Faculdade de Teologia, within the scope of its study centres and integrated units, develops training and research activities, with the support of the Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, within the thematic line "Sports, Ethics and Transcendence". To give greater consistency to this collaboration, the Chair "Manuel Sérgio - Sports, Ethics and Transcendence" was established in 2019, integrated in the Instituto de Estudos de Religião.

The Manuel Sérgio Chair in 2021 will promote, from October 7 to November 4, 2021, the second modular seminar, online edition: "A brief treatise on sports virtues".

The first online session will take place on October 7, with transmission via zoom colibri, at 6:30 p.m.

The Seminar confers Certification for Physical Exercise Technicians and Trainers (general component), credit (0.3 UC per workshop).

Participation is free and requires online registration.
