Católica Promotes Sustainability Week

From 24 to 28 November, Universidade Católica Portuguesa is promoting the 1st Edition of Sustainability Week, an initiative that aims to raise awareness among the academic community of the four campuses about the environmental and social challenges of our time.

You can sign up for a Workshop on Full Use of Food in Porto; participate in the ‘SustentaArte - Waste as Inspiration’ competition in Viseu; discover how to build a career in sustainability with those who are already making a difference in Lisbon; or participate in a Workshop on ‘Food Reuse for Sustainability’ in Braga.

Also noteworthy is the (online) conference on ‘What Comes After 2030? The Future of the SDG Agenda - The Contribution of the Private Sector’, dedicated to reflecting on the role of the private sector in the future of the 2030 Agenda.

These are just some of the activities that, throughout the week, will involve Universidade Católica community in more sustainable practices, in social, environmental and economic terms.
