Innovation, Sustainability and Regeneration: this is the challenge of the 2nd conference of the INSURE.HUB - Innovation in Sustainability and Regeneration Hub which will take place on 17 November on the campus of the Porto Regional Centre of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

The conference programme aims to be at the forefront of the international panorama, with the contribution of professionals and leaders directly involved in disruptive, circular, sustainable and/or regenerative innovation processes. Through the presentation of papers and the discussion around several case studies, with voices from different quadrants of society, we intend to inspire, challenge and promote change.

A conference where academia and industry intersect around sustainability

The event will be divided into two distinct parts: a more academic one with the presentation and discussion of papers and a second part more focused on the business sector with the discussion of six case studies, a round table with reference executives and also the intervention of Paul Hodges, chairman of New Normal Consulting & Infinity Recycling and The World Economic Forum Global Expert.

"Circular and disruptive innovation", "Digital transformation and sustainable business" and "Sustainable investment and financing" are some of the topics that will be presented in the panel of case studies. The round table, meanwhile, which will feature top executives, will focus on the theme "Building a robust and sustainable future in turbulent times."
