UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from March 11 to April 29.
Four in-person workshops will be presented, aimed at all students on the Porto campus:
- “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships”
- March 11, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect”
- March 25, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- “Social Anxiety: Understanding Fear in Social Situations”
- April 15, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- “Ghost the Blue Mondays”
- April 29, 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
Spots available: 50 students
*The registration deadline for each workshop is the day before it takes place.
