Workshops UCP2 Mental Health | Campus do Porto

UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from March 11 to April 29.

Four in-person workshops will be presented, aimed at all students on the Porto campus:

• “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships”
  • March 11, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect”
  • March 25, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• “Social Anxiety: Understanding Fear in Social Situations”
  • April 15, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• “Ghost the Blue Mondays”
  • April 29, 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
