UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from 4 March to 28 April.
Three in-person workshops will be presented, aimed at all students on the Viseu campus:
- “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships”
- March 4, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
- “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect”
- April 10, 11:00 am – 12:30 a.m.
- “Social Anxiety: Understanding Fear in Social Situations”
- April 28, 10 am - 11:30 am
Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
Spots available: 50 students
*The registration deadline for each workshop is the day before it takes place.
