Workshop | Work Postings and Related Aspects

On June 29th, at 10:00 a.m., the Workshop "Posting of Workers and related aspects" will take place, organized by a group of researchers of the Faculty of Law - Porto School, Porto Regional Centre, UCP. Targeted at inspectors of the Authority for Working Conditions, the workshop aims to discuss issues related to the posting of workers and the phenomenon of the international labour contract.

The initiative is part of the Step Up Protection Project - "Stepping Up the European Cooperation and Communication among Public & Private Organizations for the Protection of Posted Worker's Rights", focused on the phenomenon of the international posting of workers, which aims to assess the application of the most recent regulations of European Union law in the field of labour migration, their impact on business activity, as well as to analyse the specific role played by the inspection authorities in this field.
