Summary
Work on digital platforms now occupies a central place in social life. Unsurprisingly, Labour Law is called upon to regulate this phenomenon—a regulation that, in the Member States of the European Union, must comply with the framework established by Directive 2024/2831.

In this workshop, we will be joined by two specialists in Labour Law who will discuss the approaches that have been adopted, in this regard, within the Portuguese and Italian legal systems.
