Workshop One Health Approaches: on the Boundary between Research and Policies

On November 26 and 27, 2024, the Strategic Alliance of Catholic Research Universities and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will host the workshop One Health Approaches: on the Boundary between Research and Policies in Rome at the FAO Headquarters and online
The workshop counts on the participation of Paula Teixeira, professor and researcher at the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
The aim of the workshop is to foster dialogue between the research sector, actively involved in various aspects of the chain from environment to health, including agriculture and food production, and other relevant stakeholders such as policymakers and entrepreneurs.
The focus is on addressing the new challenges presented by the One Health approach from a global perspective, drawing insights from diverse experiences across different continents.
