On 4 March, at 6.30 p.m., the School of Postgraduate and Advanced Training at FCH-Católica is hosting the webinar ‘Reputation Management and Crisis Communication in a Hyper-Exposed World’, led by Mariana Victorino, coordinator of the Advanced Programme in Reputation Management and Crisis Communication at FCH-Católica, with the participation of Patrícia Dias (FCH-Católica), José Manuel Seruya (FCH-Católica) and Francisca Seabra, CEO of Burson.
Throughout this online session, the main current challenges of reputation management and crisis communication will be addressed, exploring different perspectives on leadership in critical contexts, crisis communication in the digital environment, and practical strategies for responding to and mitigating reputational impact. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about the Advanced Programme in Reputation Management and Crisis Communication, including its objectives, structure, and methodologies.
