Webinar "People Management: Skills in the Job Market"

Along with the launch of the Post-graduate program in Organizational Development and Training of Teams and People, the School of Post-Graduate and Advanced Training of the Faculdade de Ciências Humanas will hold its second webinar on January 19, which will be attended by successful professionals.

In an increasingly disruptive and accelerated organizational context, it is necessary to ensure that the necessary skills are available within organizations at all times. In this sense, people managers will be increasingly asked to have an in-depth understanding of the labour market - its dynamics, mutations and trends - as well as the skills necessary for its inevitable competitiveness.
