Webinar International Nurses’ Experiences in Clinical Trials

The Postgraduate Programme in Clinical Trials for Nurses at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) is hosting a webinar open to the public on the topic “International Nurses’ Experiences in Clinical Trials”.

The session will feature a first-hand account from Nurse Joana Reis de Carvalho, Deputy Director at the Servicio Apoyo a la Investigación | Unidad Central Ensayos Clínicos of the University of Navarra, Spain, and a lecturer on the postgraduate programme at the School of Nursing (Porto) at UCP.

Held online, the webinar aims to share practical experiences of nurses directly involved in clinical trials in international settings, providing insights into different approaches to clinical research and study operations.

The initiative is part of the activities of the 1st edition of the Postgraduate Programme, coordinated by Professors António Miguel Abreu and João Neves Amado and structured around international frameworks, such as those of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center.
