Webinar "Happiness and Communication"

Alongside the launch of the Postgraduate Course on Organisational Development and Empowerment of Teams and People, the School of Post-Graduate and Advanced Training of the Faculdade de Ciências Humanas (FCH) will hold the Webinar entitled "Happiness and Communication".

Organisations understand that effective communication at all levels improves organisational success and relations with (and between) employees. On the one hand, appropriate communication creates a positive perception of the organisation and thus enhances attraction and retention of talent. Attracting and retaining the best people ensures better organisational results, so all organisations want to achieve this goal. On the other hand, effective two-way communication between employees, supervisors and managers improves attitude and happiness, thus affecting job satisfaction and the feeling of being recognised and valued.

Taking place on July 7, at 6 p.m., the webinar will have the presence of Luís Antunes, People Experience Director at PHC Software and Nuno Goulart Brandão, Coordinator of the School of Post-Graduate and Advanced Training of FCH-UCP and researcher in Strategic Communication, and will be moderated by the postgraduate coordinators, Pedro Branco and Joana Carneiro Pinto.
