Webinar | Ethical leadership and conflict management

Católica Porto Business School is organising an open class entitled “Ethical leadership and conflict management: from inevitable tensions to opportunities for value creation”, as part of the launch of the 4th edition of the Executive Programme in Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, scheduled to begin in March 2026.

In an increasingly complex organisational context, ethical and constructive conflict management is a key leadership skill. This online session (via Zoom) offers a reflection on the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture and constructive conflict management.

The Open Class will be led by Helena Gonçalves, coordinator of the Ethics Forum, and Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves, founder of the Institute for the Certification and Training of Portuguese-speaking Mediators.
