VII Forum of Nursing Specialities: "Vulnerability(ies) in the eyes of Nurse Specialists"

How do Nurse Specialists view the vulnerability(ies) of people at any stage of the life cycle, the family or the community? What contribution can specialised nurses make to meeting the needs of vulnerable people and groups?
