UCP2 Mental Health workshops for faculty

UCP2 Mental Health is promoting Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for faculty members, which will take place from March 24 to April 28. 

Two online workshops will be offered, aimed at all faculty members at the Universidade Católica:

• “Mind & Teach: Performance Anxiety in University Students”
  • March 24, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• “Mind & Teach: Crisis Intervention”
  • April 21, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.

Spots available: 50 faculty members
