UCP2 Mental Health Workshops at the Braga Campus

UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from 25 February to 16 April.

Two in-person workshops will be presented, aimed at all students on the Braga campus:

• “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships”
  • February 26, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect”
  • April 16, 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.

Spots available: 60 students
