Talking Heads: “The White Canvas Opportunity” with Filipe Mesquita

In anticipation of the 1st edition of the Postgraduate Program in Communication and Advertising Creativity, the eighth and last webinar of the series "Talking Heads" will take place on February 11, at 7 p.m.

Filipe Mesquita, Creative Director of This is Pacifica will bring the theme "The White Canvas Opportunity" to tell us about the infinite world of opportunities that a blank sheet offers us, not only in advertising, but in illustration, architecture, painting and all other artistic fields.

Filipe Mesquita is co-founder, partner and creative director of This is Pacifica, a design and art direction studio based in Matosinhos, founded in 2007 with Pedro Mesquita and Pedro Serrão. The projects that make up his portfolio have been distinguished at major communication and design events. This is Pacifica was design agency of the year in 2019 at the Clube de Criativos de Portugal and nominated five times for agency of the year by Meios&Publicidade magazine. He was invited assistant professor in the Undergraduate Degree in Design and Multimedia of the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia of Universidade de Coimbra, where he taught Multimedia Communication, Digital Media Typography and Project Management.
