In the context of the Curricular Unit of Professional Marketing in Nursing, the School of Nursing of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa is promoting a seminar dedicated to reflection on communication, digital positioning, entrepreneurship, and brand building in the field of nursing.

Across three sessions, students will have the opportunity to interview invited nurses who stand out for the way they develop their personal brand, create healthcare projects and businesses, or lead initiatives and products aimed at nursing professionals.

The seminar will take place on May 26, May 28, and June 1, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., in person for students enrolled in the Curricular Unit, and will also be streamed online for external audiences interested in attending.

Topics in focus will include:

  • Nursing on Social Media: Personal Brand and Social Impact
  • Communicating to Empower: The Role of Social Media in Health Literacy
  • From Digital Search to Clinical Response: Positioning Strategies in Specialized Nursing
  • Authenticity and Balance: Balancing Personal Life with Nursing Marketing
  • Entrepreneurship and Inspiration: Nursing Initiatives and Brands

The sessions will be recorded and later shared as a podcast and through digital content on the School of Nursing’s social media channels, reinforcing the commitment of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa to a more connected, innovative nursing practice engaged with the challenges of health communication.
