Seminar: "Move beyond weight loss"

Católica Medical School is organising the seminar ‘Move beyond weight loss’ on 10 July, with the participation of Nuno Pimenta and a presentation by Paula Ravasco.

Note:

Nuno Pimenta is a clinical exercise psychologist, currently Dean of the Sport Sciences School of Rio Maior - Santarém Polytechnic University (ESDRM-IPSantarém), where he is a full Adjunct Professor and researcher. Holds a PhD in Human Kinetics, with specialization in Physical Activity and Health, by the Faculty of Human Kinetics – University of Lisbon. Working in the field of sports sciences, particularly in the assessment and promotion of health-related fitness and health-enhancing physical activity and lifestyles, mainly for the primary and secondary prevention of chronic diseases.
