As part of the "Citizenship, Democracy and Reformism" Seminar, the Centre for the Study of Religious History is organising a session entitled "The Catholic Church, Representative Democracy and Revolution: Mediations of the Diocesan Press", with the participation of Ana Teresa Clímaco Leitão (UCP-IEP), on 11 July at 17h00.
The Citizenship, Democracy and Reform Seminar will be held from 2022 as part of the '25 April: permanences, ruptures and recompositions' research project, which will run until 2026. Its aims are: to study the problem of "25 April: permanences, ruptures and recompositions", seeking to take stock of the history 50 years on: what is known and what is not known; to promote meetings and encourage common reflection between researchers in the field of Contemporary Religious History; to allow new research to be presented.
