SACRU Webinar "Best science for a nourished planet"

The Strategic Alliance of Catholic Research Universities (SACRU), of which Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) is a founding member, is organizing the Webinar “Best science for a nourished planet: The role of the younger generation of scientists”, within the FAO Science and Innovation Forum, on October 14th.
It will count on the participation of specialists from the universities that compose SACRU: Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (SACRO CUORE), Boston College (BC) and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC). Helena Ferreira, PhD student at the Faculty of Biotechnology and researcher at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry at UCP, will be responsible for the presenting the session "IMPULSE - IMpact of a PULSE-based partial replacement diet on metabolome and health."
The virtual event aims to highlight the role of the younger generation of scientists in developing solutions for a sustainable food system and to give them the opportunity to present their research results and their vision for the future on an international stage.
