Post-doc lounge - session 3: On Feedback(ing)

Patrícia Anzini, researcher at the Research Centre for Communication and Culture (CECC) of the Universidade Católica, will moderate the third session of the post-doc lounge, dedicated to the theme "On Feedback(ing): how to give, receive and integrate feedback".

The aim of the discussion will be to provide CECC’s post-doctoral community with an opportunity to learn and practice feedback as an academic tool and a crucial interpersonal skill.

The workshop will adopt a hands-on approach to feedback through practical exercises and direct interaction. Participants will be encouraged to critically reflect upon the feedback process in a more interdisciplinary fashion, while being exposed to a set of tools and resources.

They will also be spurred into discussing other approaches to the feedback they can keep developing to be able to respond to academic challenges beyond the traditional scope of scholarly work, particularly regarding peer initiatives and motivational and interpersonal tools to become a community of feedback givers and receivers.
