The open lecture “Administrative Offenses and Fines: The Role of the Public Prosecutor’s Office” will address the role and intervention of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the administrative offense regime before the Administrative and Tax Court.

The session will feature Aida Aranha, Magistrate of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and alumna of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto.
