Open Class - Vulnerability of Women Asylum Seekers under the European Convention on Human Rights

On February 5th, the Faculty of Law - Porto School, Universidade Católica, is organizing the Open Class "Vulnerability of Women Asylum Seekers under the European Convention on Human Rights" with Sylwia K. Mazur.

Vulnerability has been already called “lingua franca of global and international justice”. 

"What is behind this ambiguous term?", "Can it mitigate the difficult position of women and girls who make up half of the world's refugee population?", and "How can European Court of Human Rights rulings influence planning and implementing response to migratory pressures which Europe will face?" are some of the questions that will be answered in this Open Class.
