Open Class: Concessions, Public-Private Partnerships and Authorisations: the critical perspective and Brazilian challenges

In the context of the Seminar on Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships, organized by the Faculty of Law (Porto School), an open class will be held on "Concessions, Public-Private Partnerships and Authorisations: the critical perspective and Brazilian challenges".
This class, which will take place on May 10 at 2.30 p.m., will have the participation of Egon Moreira, who will address the origin of Brazilian long term administrative contracts, their modalities and implementation techniques, in view of the main challenges faced today by the Brazilian infrastructure sector.
Speaker: He is a Professor of Economic Law at the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. Master's and Doctorate in Law. Post-Graduation in Regulation and Competition (CEDIPRE - Univ. de Coimbra) and in Mediation (Harvard and Pepperdine).
He was Visiting Professor at the Law School of the University of Lisbon, at the University of São Paulo and at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - Rio de Janeiro.
He is also a Lawyer and Arbitrator.
