Nursing Summer School 2025

On July 1 and 2, the Nursing School (Lisbon) of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa is organising the Nursing Summer School 2025, aimed at secondary school students with an interest in the field of nursing and future applications to higher education.

The initiative aims to publicise the Nursing Degree and provide an immersive experience in the profession, through theoretical and practical activities.

Summer School 2025 has two complementary strands:

Getting to know the Católica School of Nursing
It includes workshops on access to higher education, a presentation of the degree programme, a visit to the campus and library, interaction with students in clinical teaching and cultural moments with the performance of Paulituna.

Getting to know the nursing profession
With laboratory and practical activities on different areas of Nursing: operating theatre, basic life support, mental health, maternal and neonatal health, among others.
