Memória e Arquivos - 3rd Meeting of the Network of Archives of Religious Institutions

The Network of Archives of Religious Institutions (RAIR) will hold its third meeting on October 22, in virtual format, via Zoom-Colibri. RAIR aims at promoting the study, preservation, organisation and dissemination of the documental heritage of religious institutions.

Following the public launch (April) and the meeting on research and archive networks (July), the relationship between memory and archives will be under discussion in this working session. Paulo Fontes and Helena Osswald will reflect on history, memory and archives. Francisco d'Orey Manoel will address the case of the Historical Archive of Misericórdia de Lisboa, and Marco Daniel Duarte will address the situation of the Archive of the Sanctuary of Fátima.

The meeting is free of charge, subject to prior registration.
